Saw the site gamers gate on this site and bought a game from it. No email so i could get activation codes and password to the account THEY created. No response to three emails. 7x tried the forgot password link. Nothing. Yet my card was charged.

Has anybody had a problem with this site

Im not sure been a while since i bought from GG, but on the game page to the right side you should find activate codes and updates etcc

I've used them for 15 years. Never had a problem. The following is from their Help Center:

"I didn't receive an email with the password and order confirmation

First of all, make sure to check your spam folder. Sometimes our password emails end up there.

Another reason is that your email provider might be blocking our emails. If this is the case, be sure to contact our support from another email address because you may not receive our response.

To be able to receive our emails, you should contact your email provider and ask them to allow incoming mail from GamersGate."

I have emailed their help centre,no response.I bought many games from them and cannot access them.

I tried to get a fewer older games loaded and I kept getting the codes not being authorized hmm.

I bought a few games from them but the last time was 8 years ago. So this thread reminded me they had my old email addy so I logged on with that and tried to change my email. They sent a confirmation code to my old email. What? I had to contact them by email and got a reply in a couple of hours informing me they had manually changed my email for me. Also had no problem downloading the one game that wasn't Steam enabled. Don't know why people are having problems contacting them.

I've also used GG for many years, never had a problem with them. I'm a bit confused why GG would create an account/password for you.
