We just installed the above update. We are in the middle of a PBEM game. Will the historical blizzard weather from January - March 42 occur in our game?

Also someone posted that the effectiveness of Russian units would be increased to 40%. I don't see that in the patch notes.

Not a big deal but I couldn't download the patch from My Page. A message came up saying something like "you typically do not download this type of file" and wouldn't complete the download. It worked for WPP. I had to use the check for updates from the game menu.

You won't get that in your existing game. Check out the new scenario "41 winter"

That is disappointing because we in December 40 and don't want to start the new 1939 Small Fleet scenario just to get historical weather. Since the intent of the addition is to balance the eastern front, I thought it would change for PBEM games that had already been started.

it's great it is out new scenarios are good, I don't like the Moscow being moved event
