How to update from ver. 1.04.114749?

Non-Steam version. Game Launcher updater says to update to ver. 1.05.1307. When I've downloaded [PC] Update v1.05.1307.14 it also says to update to v1.05.1307. So I have to download whole main [PC] Installer v1.05.1307 CMO-MultiSetup-v1.05.1307.zip? Don't tell me I need to uninstall everything, I have almost all DLCs.

Yes, you need to run the full installer. Too much changed from 1147.XX to the War Planner update for it to be a update. Running the installer should automatically uninstall the old version and then install the new one. Assuming you install into the same folder and the DLC reg txt files are still there, then you shouldn't have to renter product keys.
