Im not new, but nowhere near an expert on this game ( I look for the yellow level scenarios.) What am I missing with the Eisenhower moves north scenario? I run the CVBG at 25 kts and cannot get close to a launch area? Is this scenario only supposed to be about the ASW work ?

Without giving away any spoilers, you are not expected to launch any strikes.
You are to preserve and assemble your scattered forces in the assembly area aprox. 800nm north of the Eisenhower.

The WP will of course do their best to prevent you from doing that

So this scen is basically about surviving numerous threats and managing widely scattered forces.
