In my SHQ I can see 400 infantries waiting to be dispatched. In the reinforcement screen it tells me there are 800. IIRC it was already like this at least since the previous turn.

The Reinforcement screen counts the Rifle Militia and Raider Militia as Infantry, even though they can only be used as reinforcements to appropriate militia units.

Oh, right, I'm so used to not having militia at all that I didn't notice.
