[1.1.3.9] Ion Damage Defense is GONE(?)

Rolled back to Legacybeta [1.1.3.6] :
At least it's not shown anymore in the designer.
The components are still showing
I'm pretty sure it's still there, but any explanation as to why you don't show it anymore would be insulting
