[1.1.3.9] Game Editor partially broken

You can still add
Fuel and
Shields, but deselecting and reselecting will show no change at all.

Replicate by starting a new game - I just did one after noticing it in-game.

I'm playing in 1.1.2.4 currently, but I've noticed that sometimes the value won't change if the text cursor is still blinking in the box. You have to press Enter.
Also, the Ship needs to have the undamaged components, otherwise these values go to 0 automatically.

I thought about adding this, but it seemed too obvious... obviously it's not
So yes, obviously you have to press Enter (Numpad) or Return... and obviously that's what I did.

This should be obvious as it can be checked in the image - see the
white up arrows.
