While playing around with the 1940 scenario I noticed the Dutch Large Corps has a max strength of only 15. This seems to be the case for both the existing units and newly build ones. I can still split the max 15 strength large corps in a max 10 strength division and a max 20 strength small corps. Looking in the editor this seems to be the case for all scenarios.

Was wondering if this is intentional. And if it is not, should their actual strength at game start also be 30, making them a slightly bigger speedbump for the Germans?

As an aside I noticed that the Dutch and Belgian air unit they start with also have max 10 strength instead of 20, newly build air units have their normal 20 max strength.

This is all in the 1.00.25 version with a fresh install.

Dutch max large corp is 15. I just forgot to turn off divisions and small corps for the scenarios. It's a balancing issue for the game that took a while to resolve also based on historical forces.

Can't make it mega easy for the Germans but not mega hard. Has to be just enough force to make them think and take within a reasonable amount of time with proper planning.

I will fix this in the next patch it's for 39 and 40 scenarios.
