Help !!

I have just purchased , registered and i can see thats it in list but when i start the game i can see the Showcase tab and in there there is only the Queen Elizabeth i purchased a while back but no FOrd class have checked and i am running the latest build etc and have checked with in game updater and it tells me i am good to go but no Ford ! What am i doing wrong ?
