Hi, I ordered the Strategic Command full pack and downloaded them. I was not going to install them all that night. I assumed Matrix or Slitherine would send me an email with the codes, however I never got one. Am I just out of luck and have wasted 179 dollars at this point or is there any way for me to retrieve them?

You will get the serial number via email directly after purchasing the game. Please check your spam folder if you do not find it. At my page in your matrix account you can see what you have purchased and you will find the serial there too.
