I downloaded 1.16 and got a successful download message. However when I went to play a PBEM turn I got the following message. FAILED (pbem-lobby-dialog:on-menu-command):

This is also effecting the Civil War Game as well Hubert.

Hi Hubert and Bill I do not see these changes in the new WAW patch notes? My veteran Axis fighters were slaughtered by Strat Bombers in my current game. Any chance of an increase in fighter strat bomber defense as well?

Harry I must apologise, as I implemented some changes inspired by your feedback into WWII: War in Europe's latest patch, but somehow I accidentally missed including them in this game. I think the sheer volume of changes led to me missing it.

Rest assured I will include them in the next patch for this game, and in the meantime you can experience how they work in WWII: War in Europe, and I will appreciate your thoughts on that.

FYI, the changes as implemented into that game, and that will be implemented into this one in future are:

- Fighters’ Strat Bomber attack values increased from 1 to 2 (HarrySmith).
- Anti-Air units’s Strat. Bomber attack and defense values now increase by 1.5 per level of Anti-Aircraft Defense research (HarrySmith).

I tried the same patch, couple of times. Same results. Isn't that the definition of, well, I'm an idiot. Doing same dumb shat over & over again.

Can someone please write out the steps to do, written for a 3rd grader.
Gonna lose my junk if I don't get a couple turns in.

If you navigate to your 'My Page', e.g. top middle of the Matrix website, you should then see your list of games, and the subsequent downloadable patches for the game.

The latest v1.16.01 patch is the one you would want to download and apply here.

I was reloading the original. Couldn't find the hotfix.

They definitely are in WAW, but somehow not in the notes, not sure how, but rest assured as I have just checked the 1939 campaign and they are there.

Harry / Bill - someone should update one of the main boards / threads with this news as it is significant. Very hidden here in a thread about download glitches.

Harry has been lobbying for strat bomber changes for a LONG time and now it is here people need to know.

I would do it but you will be able to explain it better.
