GROG question: Scenario Ranking?

This is for those who have played all and from both sides.

So, I have been repeatedly playing Road to Leningrad. The best I've done is a minor victory. I have learned a few things, and generally changing up approaches each run.

My parameters:

Method: SP

Side: Axis

Difficulty: Normal

SU Mgmt: Automatic (but I transition to all locked in about 3 turns and do this manually for the rest of the game)

Air: Self Managed

TBs: I don't think this matters here, but computer managed.

Depots: Self Managed

FOW: Full on

NOTE: I will generally put depot development first for my AP, but beyond that I get the 16 and 18 Army HQs as Assault Commanders at the earliest possible turn. I move auto track building units under 4 PZ HQ and the CU FBD. (reasoning is 4 PZ is the tip of the spear. It dictates the supply network requirements)

---

My question to you grogs who have been around the world a few times ... on a scale of 1 - 10 (hardest) what would score the difficulty of this scenario. If you can take the time to answer why too, I would appreciate it.

Thank you.

BTW, I am not OCD. I have been playing other titles in between. You will not find me one day mummified looking at the Commanders Report. At least, I hope not. :D

Yep, this scenario is difficult to get more than a minor victory as axis. I know I haven't managed it. You have to do some pretty drastic manoeuvring - if you check the AAR forum Seminole posted some successful AARs for this scenario I think.
