It happened 2 or 3 times in one battle, but it kept running after I said OK. Didn't occur in the next battle.

As you can see, it was running in full AI mode for this battle.

I ran a verification of the files on Steam and it found 4 files needed some correction. No idea why.

Do you have a save you can upload that demonstrates the issue? You can upload your save folder by going to Rule the Waves 3/Save, zipping up the relevant Save folder, and attaching it to this post.

Saves go a long way in pinning down and figuring out bugs, so it would be a great help if you could provide one, if available.
