No clue if this is this is the right place to ask but...

How do you rotate the visuals in the graphics tab of the ship design? (The one where you add the boats, breakwaters, cranes, etc.) I can't find how to do that in the manual.

Right-click on the name of the weapon or visual piece in any weapons list or in the list of visual objects. You'll see a number of options there for each type of object that you can place.
