Is there any video showing how to get this to work. I just cannot get it to happen after the first few turns, tried pretty much everything - its now late 42 and I will be needing it a lot soon, any suggestions welcome. Or advice.

There are a few on YouTube. But your post is almost completely devoid of details. What are you able and not able to do?
To do air resupply, you need a depot with a minimal level of supplies from which to draw from and transport aircraft to move them from that depot to an airfield. You can drop them on a non-airfield hex, but you lose a lot of the supplies as a result.
Your planes need to be in range, and the interface will tell you what transports or bombers (the latter which cost APs) are available for the job.

Just randomly spam left- and right-clicks on different locations and try to figure out the pattern.

Maybe your Ju52s are out of range. Try getting them closer to the frontline, near a well supplied depot.

Thanks guys I will post some pictures
But they are on or near a depot, are in range and they were flying until mid 41 and I have tried moving them forward to bases with depots.
I have tried clicking over the map to see what is going on. No matter the location nothing seems to happen? I have only been trying to fly to airfields as the game suggests.
I always get no available aircraft as of this moment - let me post a couple of shots.
Thanks
Cav.
