Formation Highlight question.

Is it possible to change the "steel coloured" highlight placed around units in a formation for a colour that's a bit brighter, offers bit more contrast? It probably won't be as aesthetically pleasing as the tasteful grey but I'm prepared to sacrifice art for utility and use something that... y'know... I might actually be able to see at a glance rather than having to zoom in to check?
It's not that my eyes are getting old or my colour perception is fading or anything like that. Perish the thought!
Maybe my screen isn't as good as it used to be... volts, amps and hertz thingies ain't what used to in the olden days... I'm pretty certain that's the cause.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
