I'm playing the latest official version .25 of Europe 1939 PBEM and I ended up invading a German controlled hex in Russia with a British unit. After he captured a port he railed to Moscow to help in the defense. I then tried to move him off and he is unable to move other than via rail. I also sent a Canadian division through Persia after Russia had conquered it. It could also rail but not move any other way. Both units are in supply. I don't think this is intended (and am exiting Russia with the 2 units.)

Please let me know if this was an intended feature.

When you say adapt, do you mean eliminate the ability of non Russian units to traverse Russian controlled territory via rail, or you will add the ability to move normally over Russian territory? I'm assuming you will eliminate the ability to rail, but want to be sure.

I would love to see the British Expeditionary Force defending Leningrad with Patton in charge.

Remove the possibility. They shouldn't be able to do that.

FYI no way to fix this one due to how I constructed the data but in WP2 there won't be an issue.
