(Oceania 1.20.03) Now on turn 89, the Trade function has stopped operating after deteriorating. It shows no items available for sale and offers negligible amounts for trade. Playing my second game this version and had no problems before. This is more than a 1 turn problem. Any idea what happened?

There have been some fixes to trade in the open betas since. It is in some circumstances possible for you to lose a tradehouse though and a new one might start at scratch (little Credits and no inventory).
