Annoying ...
I'm playing 1939 campaign using the Naval Mods. Version is 1.15.00. After capturing Paris in July, I just get message that French govt flees to Bordeaux. Is this something to do with the naval mod?

Not necessarily, as the Vichy France decision is only presented once France has surrendered.

The fall of Paris hastens this, but does not guarantee it, just as in real life the armistice was only signed 8 days after Paris fell.
