Weapon seeker sensor data through datalink.

I was watching a video on the Walleye guided bomb, and one of the pilots who used the weapon said that they would follow up a strike with a walleye, and then record the video from the missile datalink for BDA, then target it against whatever was still in one piece.

I am unable able to use sensor data from weapons to identify or do BDA on targets (they do occasionally spot hosted units however. This impacts everything from Tomahawks and SLAMERs, loitering weapons like the Harop, and attack drones.
Attached is a save with an outgoing tomahawk strike. Note that despite clear daylight, the following missiles report no BDA or contact reports, except for the occasional spotted hosted unit as they approach their own targets.
