I am playing against the AI in the 1939 scenario using latest patch. I have a DD that can not deploy. Is this an issue following the patch?

Is there a ship currently in the port of Ambrose that might be blocking deployment?

I have noticed that when playing with the current release I find that the deployment is very resirticted now, at least in the '1939 Race to Victory'. Maybe it was done earlier and I did not notice, but now its the hex specified and maybe 1 other hex beside it. It used to be deploying in any adjacent hex.

Thanks for the thoughts. I tried to make sure the ports were open, no luck. But I will keep trying.

Port strength could also be a factor, as if it's strength is very low then deployment is not possible. But that seems unlikely given where this port is?
