"Can not find ship class file"

When I try to load the attached autosave, I get the following error:
"Can not find ship class file for ship: Euridice Class: Tersicore Side: 1
Filename: [install dir]\\Data\IDes\Tersicore.sdf"

Was this when using the Steam or the Matrix release of the game (or both)?

Using the Matrix Version 1.008 the ship design file isn't synced with the game save.
If one continues for a while after a save and then exits without saving, the ship design file is from when one exit date, but is loaded with the game save which leads to being able to build ships from the future, while the designs which have been obsoleted no longer being available.
Easy to reproduce.

Prob we need to make sure the game always saves, no matter what, when you exit the game? Thanks.
