I just posted via email the following message to Support.....
I am a long time player of most Close Combat games , including GTC. I have been playing multiplayer GTC for a number of years, generally without problems. BUT, I have been unable to log into the multiplayer lobby because I am getting the following error message…."Lobby user login failed. unknown error" In non-multiplayer game mode, the game starts normally. I have the latest game version (v1.02). Can you please check, first the game multiplayer server, and second my credentials.

Hi Knights -- I have tried the Gateway to Caen lobby and was able to connect without error. I have asked the back-end admins to restart the lobby server to see if that helps resolve the issue. You might also try clearing all your cached web browser data and cookies for the www.slitherine.com website (using your default web browser) and confirm you can log into the slitherine forums with your user ID and password.
