I was playing the Arnhem scenario 'Frosts Last Stands Firm' as Allies. In the first screenshot below I'm unable to target the APV and I'm not sure why. I have full LOS to them, I'm in range. I have a PIAT in the stack too. What makes it more confusing is that the same units are able to target the group of enemy Axis troops directly behind the AFV.

I'm confused. Here's the two screenshots in question.
The only other info. you can't see here is that the AFV is sitting on a tile with Artillery holes/damage, but I'm not sure that would stop me targeting it would it?

Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

You need to make sure only the unit with the Piat is selected and not the other units with none AT support weapons.

Also, I'm pretty sure this scenario describes the Allies as the attackers. They're clearly defending. I'll double check later but I'm nearly sure that was the case. Not that it matters really of course. I just thought it was a little strange.
