[1.20q #174] Supply calculation is different between OOB and unit's card

It seems that supply is calculated differently in OOB window and unit's card.
Unit's card seems to only consider items that are missing some supply for calculation. In this example, fuel is 2/3 so 67%
but in OOB all items are used for calculation: 2 (fuel) + 19 (food) = 21/23 = 95%

I asked for 2 food, I received 2 food -> I have 10 food; I used 2 food for upkeep, so remaining food is 8 (over 10). Calculation is ok but the bar is show completely full.
Now I moved out of supply: remaining food is 6, bar is 80% full

And, even if I've supply stock available, I'm starting getting hunger: is it really intended?
According to manual (5.10.7.3) it seems hunger should begin when upkeep is not provided, but in this case upkeep is provided.

Unit received 22 items of 23 requested. About 95%. Hence...
best wishes,

Thanks for answer but on unit's card is indicated 67, only in OOB is correctly shown 95%.
What about the second comment, instead? is it intended that upkeep stocks' bar seems off? It's reporting 8/10 but the bar is show full.
Finally, is it really intended that troops start suffering from hunger even if they have food in stocks?

They're measuring different things. The OOB window shows how full the unit's supply stocks are, the bottom panel shows how much of the supply requested during the last logistics phase was delivered.

The logistics system fills the unit's stocks to up to 10, but because they always eat 2 food after their stocks are refilled, 8 is as full as stocks are ever going to be when you look at that tab. As such, it doesn't particularly make sense for the bar to be displayed as less than full either.

Double-checking bottom panel seems to show the worst supply-related situation: it shows 0 even if I received 1 fuel and 1 food but I received no ammunitions; OOB shows total supply status instead.

Yes I understand but still is strange having 8/10 and the bar completely full...
What about hunger when out-of-supply but with food in stocks? Is it really intended to work that way? while I can accept it as a mechanic, it seems a bit strange: you may even start losing troops to attrition while there's enough food in stocks to feed them!
