Mouse tooltip bug

We have just found a bug with mouse tooltips (V1.1.4.4):
1. Start a new game
2. Go through all the setup screens until the game starts
3. Leave the actual game by going back to the main menu
4. Start again a new game
5. Now on all setup screens (except the first galaxy setup screen) the tooltips don't work anymore for the categories on the left side.

Hey thanks for the report! We've recently released v1.1.4.9 as a public beta. Could you please try that version out and let us know if you can still reproduce the issue.

Yes, the issue is still there with V1.1.4.9.

I found that there is an easier way to reproduce it:
1. Start a new game and go to the second set-up screen ("galaxy settings")
2. Close that window (top right corner)
3. Start a new game and go to the second set-up screen again
4. Now the tooltips on the left side don't work anymore.
