I had abandoned GGWAW a while ago due to problems with the display. I love the game and had been playing it off an on since I was living next door to Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble. I was so pleased, having applied this recent patch, to get the full experience upon opening the game via Quick Start. I could have wept with joy, but didn't

I repaired to Support but couldn't find a match for the problem. I then tried starting the game from the full Game Menu. It worked perfectly. Now I can spend my time playing GGWAW AWD instead of watching sovereign citizens getting pwned on YouTube. Thank you so much for the patch. So...

You might wish to investigate this exit fail 'feature' to avoid others having the same dispiriting experience. These wargamers are an easily discouraged crowd and I expect the problem would be easy to fix and would prevent them making, in their despair, for the nearest bridge.

I can't recreate this problem on my two computers. Is anyone else seeing this problem on their computer?
