Install DLC on 1.05.1307.18 does not work

Do I require an older version to run recently (2 days ago) downloaded DLCs?
The "CMO-MultiDLCSetup-Latest" is giving this error message when trying to run it.
I am on .18 verison....

Issue solved.
You guys still have old versions of the MULTIDLC setup on the dlc download pages. One need to use the one from the CMO download page. (and when you run it, it has an old version number on it ....1.04...) but it works.
It would be nice to have updated installers.

Where can I get the 1.04 file as it isn't reflected on the CMO page. Please advise. Thank You
