[1.21d #181] minor GUI glitches on Blueprints windows

Just a couple of glitches.
Envirosuits has no question: just "question" displayed.
but I found that even when properly design a model there's no question for envirosuite
When designing bluprint for Buggies, if you keep clicking on the same engine (or even armour), icon changes. It does not seem the case for trucks, for example.
