Problem with the number of aircraft when assigning a mission.

Please tell me what is the problem. I assign one aircraft from the squadron to the air refueling mission. At the same time, 2 planes take off, and sometimes three.

Instead of going through the effort of posting three screenshots, you should zip and post the save.
