It appears there are some missing subunits in the Egyptian and IDF Org Editor. You receive the message after you open the specific country list.

If you open the editor.log file, can you post the contents?

Jason,
Just downloaded the update.
Opened OBB editor from the quick start menu and this window pops-up.
- CSME OOB.jpg (75.25 KiB) Viewed 398 times
Dismiss this window and the OOB editor opens just fine.

Reviewing the files, looks like quite a few errors snuck in.
I'll be getting these remedied for 2.31
