Hello.
Unfortunately, with the new version of CSME, the same problem with the background sound appeared as in CS Vietnam. Can you check it?

Yes, since Vietnam and Middle East are now using the same exe's, they will suffer the same issues.

Thank you for pointing it out and it should remedied in 2.31
