Yugoslavia 99- Suply Capability goes to either 2 or 3

For some reason whenever i play the Yugo99 scenario as the serbs my effective supply from 20ish drops to 2, i think the event "Bosnian Serbs attack Nato supplies" has something to do with this. I dont think it was at all intended

If you control NATO, when you see NEWS: Bosnian Serbs attack NATO supply depots in Bosnia...
Your supply will drop from 25 to 20.
If you see this NEWS: Serb guerrillas attack NATO supply lines!
You will have hex ownership changes in your territory which may affect supply levels.
If you see this NEWS: Serb guerrillas attack NATO supply lines...
You will have hex ownership changes in your territory which may affect supply levels.
For the last two cases, check your rail lines from Supply Points to your units. The 'guerrillas' may have damaged those rail lines and reduced your Supply Capacity.

NATO: 0,21.
NATO: 48,63.
NATO: 11,61 (> SHKODER <).
NATO: 43,49 (> PRISTINA <).
NATO: 5,13 (ZVORNIK).
NATO: 21,69 (TIRANA BASE).
NATO: 72,66 (NATO BASES TURKEY).
NATO: 46,29 (> KRUSEVAC <).
NATO: 7,6 (BIJELJINA).
