Troubleshooting game not starting on AMD xxxxX3D series and up

In future builds we should have a built-in workaround for these issues, but a fix that has worked for some is to disable SMT on these processors while running the game.
You may also try disabling CCDs other than CCD0 (e.g. CCD1) if you know what that means.
One easy way to quickly toggle SMT is to use the AMD Ryzen Master application.

If you have never used the app before, it should provide you with some defaults.
Here's a quick guide on what to do. Install and run the app, then click on 'Advanced View'.
Click on (1) 'Profile 1' and then press (2) 'Copy current settings'
(3) Toggle SMT from ON to OFF.
You then just have to hit 'Apply' and restart if it prompts you to do so.
After that, the game should start and run just fine. You can toggle it back on and apply it should you need to for other purposes.
