Suggestion for Garrisons/Armies

add please a min-max Number of Troops In the Teamplates of the Armies.
Right now if you have automated Troop Transports they constantly move Troops from one Colony to next and even worser.....they tend to fill huge Colonys in center of your Empire, that face only little if any danger of Invasion or Raid full with Garrison Troops while the small Colonies at the Border with low population but very high invasion/raid risk get little to no Troops as Garrison.
So if you take let say Standart Colony Defense Army give it a Option for Troop Number in the Army, like lets say 10 Troops to 15 Troops and so the automated Troop Transports dont take Troops out if they in this Window of 10 to 15 and they make filling up to at last 10 a priority (if any Troops availiable anywhere) so the Border Colonies get their Garrison faster up.
Also it were great if you could set not only % of Infantry but also specify what for Infantry for Garrison should be used only like Robotic Troops so only those will be used for Garrisons.
