[FIXED][1328.6] Mk54 Torps not causing damage to 039C Yuans

As per scenario, Mk504 torps not causing damage despite hitting sub target. Tried similar torp launched from P-8, and Mk50s too. Same result. Readout says torp not penetrating armour.

This is the case for all light US torpedoes, Mk46 NEARTIP, Mk50 Barracuda, Mk54 LHT.
