New ELO rules announced

The new ELO rules, there are no rules.
1) Diplomacy is a free for all. British can pour 5 chits in the USA, if they want. (Sterlings, Pounds, Gold, whatever) can bribe Congress on turn #1. Tired of the same evolution of boring as_s strategies. Hitler can bribe himself & attack himself if he wants. Corporal Adolf can dilly himself. The Allied DEI delay tactic bribery in mid-1941 is a gamebreaker, so might as well let anyone bribe anyone. So tired of that. Clowns and Clones learn from others, so why chase evolution. Open the whole bribery rules.
2) Anyone can DOW anyone, anytime. British wants to land on Iwo Jima, go for it in 1939. Attack cloning stations, who cares. Germany can invade Russia on turn #1 if they want to. We've had this stupid rule for 2 years, who cares. Hamburger Patty made the rule, he doesn't even play.
3) Farming, have at it. Grow some peas & carrots.
4) The Unknown Rule is removed. Whatever rule I'm forgetting, is no longer a rule.
