I only caught this after updating comments with actual map locations....

From national_morale.txt....

According to the comments, the following script(s) are checking for wrong map location.

It is using the coords of Moscow and not Stalingrad.

Good spot. I am tempted to leave it as Moscow and just correct the text to match.

FYI,

This is how I found it. After doing a global find and replace for Moscow -> Moscow(221,65), and then doing a global find for "221,65" to verify, it shows up as an inconsistency in the script files as below:
