CHANGELOG:
• FIXED Depot supply when in main supply range
• FIXED Battle reports showing on new game, hopefully
• FIXED Scorched earth not working in captured minor countries
• CHANGE Capitals now move when an enemy unit is within 5 hexes of the capital
• ADDED May toggle size for land or air units
• FIXED Colombo control from UK to India to correct surrender issue
