[1.21i] Degraded LE Battery names don't have 2nd part

Unsure if this is an issue for Typos & disfluencies instead since it's a minor issue, but since it's a new hex perk maybe it's better to report it here.
The name list for the new 30 energy starting hex perk has only the first part, so the name is only "Liquid", "Parallel", "Sunk" or "Solid". There probably should be a second part?
