Situation: a Fuel Tanker wants to dock and load fuel from a Mining Station of a neutral Empire with i was at war some years ago.
We still attack and destroy each mining station even not at war.

Now my Fuel Tanker decided to resupply his fuelcargo in this mining station. As soon he dropped out of warp the Station start firing at him (no effect as the shield too strong) while he got closer, actually docked and buyed fuel and than undocked, station started to fire at him again) and than warped away.

Also, are you able to reproduce this issue on the latest public beta 1161?

For 1161 i cannot tell, just started and no war so far to see if it happen again.
