After latest update there appears to be some serious off shore oil rigs that are unusable, I assume a mistake, sorry Alvaro always pointing out silly issues

I saw that and removed it. I fat fingered something but I corrected it for the new patch. Which scenario are you talking about?

it's 41 small fleet, it was already in progress when I did the update
