Lake Lagoda port supply to Leningrad. How?

I'm confused (I suppose) on how to use the import/export ports along with the depot settings.

I have three export ports (Kobona, Novaya Lagoa and Syasstroy) and an import port (Osinovets) yet no supply at all is getting into Leningrad and, infact the export ports don't have supply. I have other depots in the immediate area and they are fully supplied so I know supply is getting into the area.

The depot levels of the three export ports were initially defaulted to 0. What level do I need to up them to to draw supply into the ports so they will export into Osinovets (which I have the depot set to 4 to hopefully draw in supply)?

Thanks, in advance, for any advice.

If you could share a screenshot it would be easier to help you out as there could be a number of reasons but there are 2 issues with your supply priority based on the info provided.

1) As supply can only move to a higher number priority, Osinovets cannot send it on to Leningrad as both have the same supply priority 4.

2) By setting your export ports to 0, they will not pull any supply from the NSS as that is also 0. It should be greater than 0 to pull supply.

Solution: What you need to do is have your three export ports at 2, Osinovets at 3 and then Leningrad at 4.

Okay I still need help. Attached is a photo of my game screen of the Leningrad area. Any pointers would be very appreciated because it's obvious I don't know what I'm doing with logistics.

It looks like it's working though. The blue line to Osinovets means supply is crossing the lake which is good.

If you hover over Osinovets with the depo filter (as you currently have), you will see that there is no "stored" amount. It would show as a blue bar. Any supply that is reaching Osinovets is being fully absorbed by the units in the area so there is no surplus to send to Leningrad.

Once the ground route to Leningrad is cut off, if you have a lot of units on the peninsula they will slowly wither as supply cannot keep up. Ideally you want to try and stockpile supplies early on before it's cut off by creating another 1-2 depo's at NW Leningrad and Pavlovo and keep all of them at supply priority 4. In that way, they'll accumulate freight each turn and you'll have a stockpile when the ground route is cut off.

I don't think it IS working. There is only like 26 supply in the port being sent and still looks like no supplies are getting there.
