*sigh*
Looks like an invalid pointer was dereferenced. See Attached.

If this is repeatable, could you let me know for which campaign and the exact steps on how to repeat it?

It was repeatable at the time, as shown in the log.
Basically, it occurred when I was changing the control of Albania's Hexes to Italy, but missed a hex.
In essence, it remained Albanian and I was trying to go back and change it to Italy as well.
I think I had to save and exit completely and then reload the scenario before it would allow me to change control of the remaining hex.

I can't reproduce either.
There is a step I missed, I think.
I was also playing around with Albania's Country Data (status - annexed, etc) as well.
If I come across again, I will let you know.
