Picture flickers+transparent / graphic error

Hello,
with the last update of Command, the 64-bit version and DirectX 11 came out. Since then I have had some problems, I think. I tried to solve it myself but without success. A new installation and a graphics update did not help. So I read the forums. In the Steam forum there is an article that comes relatively close to my problem, even if I don't like the presentation/discussion here:

But now to my problem:
When I start Command normally and I'm in the main menu, the globe flickers behind it. Sometimes there are also graphic problems with the buttons.
If I now go into a scenario, the problems don't stop. I have set the game to use my personal map profile (BMNG Layer & Borders+Coastlines). Here it is now the case that I can see through the earth. If I look at North America, for example, I can see the borders of Australia behind it. The problem can be solved by ticking "Base Earth". However, I do not like the way it is displayed. Could this possibly be fixed here? Especially since there were no problems here in the past.
And on it goes...
When I select a unit, everything flickers. As soon as I have not selected a unit, nothing flickers any more.
As soon as I go over the blue links on the right side, it also flickers.
Sometimes I also have display problems/graphic errors on the right-hand side for "Unit Status", etc.
