Flickering time step buttons

Time step buttons on the left button side are flickering if I entered or clicked something in the simulator, e.g. in speed altitude/depth dialogue. If the flickering happens CMO doesn't detect clicks on the timestep buttons reliably. Sometimes it works on first click as in the video (demo effect 
), but often it takes a couple of clicks to start the simulation. It also appears to me that a long click (longer than usual) makes click detection more likely.
The problem disappears if I click somewhere outside of the CMO windows e.g. on desktop of my second monitor and go back again to CMO.
