1.1.6.5, but this crept into the beta branch a few weeks ago. This is difficult to show, but I'm attaching some screen shots. It seems minor, but I dislike the initial settings screen brightness/contrast.

When I launch the game, it appears the Display Settings do not automatically apply. I can force them to apply by following this method.

Open save game
Click settings.
Click Apply or Cancel
Display goes back to the normal brightness.

Gentle reminder that this is still an issue. I can get around it by this: Launch game | Click Settings | Click Cancel ---> brightness settings are applied.
