1.21m No recon symbol to show air mission location on history map

This happens even when the recon mission happens on a hex with player units in which case the location should be known.

Not sure I copy this bug report? Could you describe it in some more detail?

In the history of the enemy movement some air missions show a plane icon in the hex where the mission happened. It is not the case of air recon missions. Not a major issue overall.
