Eldar Race

Hi
I have created the Eldar race. They are a reclusive race that seeks beauty, might and glory.
I have modified a minimal number of files, so it should not interfere with your other mods. Unless you already have some RaceId, TroopDefinitionId or ShipHullId that are the same.
