Campaign question

I am wondering if anyone knows how to design a dynamic campaign?
By this, I mean that you start Scenario one with X force...any losses remain lost as you continue to the next scenario and of course playing well maintains your "core force".
Most campaigns seem to not really matter in the force, how you performed the previous scenario but I've seen some that do, just cannot figure out how they did it. I'm thinking Lua perhaps but I cannot find a Lua script that would go into one scenario's end to pull the remaining "force" to the next scenario.

Thank you to anyone who helps out!

You can design a single scenario that can be weeks long. You can use a core force, set up reinforcements, handle all logistics and supplies, etc. I'm not sure what a formal campaign does for you. Although I see no reason you couldn't do a multi-year campaign using lua to move forces from scenario to scenario. Use the xml of the scenario to load the remaining forces into the next scenario.

Great idea! Thank you. (Xml)

Yes I have a near month long scenario I'm finishing up but was worried many players might not want a single scenario that long...but I agree with you, it's my own preference as well...and adding in various player choices for reinforcements/or more points, etc.
